Pag-IBIG housing loans are only available to Filipino citizens, including dual citizens and OFWs. However, if you’re married to a Filipino, your spouse can apply for the loan under their name, and you can be a co-borrower or co-owner of the property depending on the arrangement. Foreigners alone cannot directly apply for a Pag-IBIG loan.
