I love Boracay’s vibe but don’t want to deal with the crowd. I’m thinking of building a vacation home on a nearby island. Any suggestions that have good access but still quiet?

Carabao Island and Guimaras are great picks. Both are accessible from Boracay but way less crowded.

You can check out Carabao Island it’s just a short boat ride from Boracay but way more peaceful. Sicogon Island is another good option if you want something developing but still quiet. Both have nice beaches, stable internet now, and growing interest from small investors.

Try Guimaras known for its sweet manga very peaceful retreat with beautiful beaches and a slower pace of life, perfect for relaxation .
