Prices for preselling condos seem to have gone up a lot lately. Do you think it’s still worth buying early, or better to wait for ready-for-occupancy units now?

Yes, as long as the developer is reputable and the location has good growth potential. I’d still go preselling in 2025, but only after checking the turnover track record and nearby infrastructure projects.

Yes 100% preselling units are still a good investment this 2025 lalo na kung galing sa reputable developer at prime location. Pero syempre, dapat mag-research ka muna sa project timeline at market demand para sure na sulit ang puhunan mo.
