If you’re just testing the waters or not yet ready for full ownership, leasing is actually a smart move. It lets you explore profitability without the huge upfront costs and taxes tied to land ownership. Just make sure your lease contract is notarized and clearly states the duration, renewal terms, and allowed land use some landowners are strict about what you can plant or build. Also, check if the land is free from disputes or liens before signing anything.

🌾 Yes, leasing farmland can be smart, lalo na kung gusto mo lower upfront cost at flexibility kaysa bumili agad. Just make sure clear ang contract terms para walang hassle sa futurelike duration rent increases at responsibilities sa maintenance. 😉
