I saw a foreclosed house that’s way cheaper than market price. How do I buy it and make sure it’s safe?

Check if the property is still occupied, then verify documents with the bank or government agency selling it. Settle all taxes and request for a Deed of Sale after full payment.

Bumili ka ng foreclosed property sa Pinas sa pamamagitan ng pag-check ng listing, pag-verify ng papeles, pag-inspect sa site, pag-submit ng offer o bid, pagbayad kapag approved, at pag-process ng title transfer hanggang ma-claim mo na yung possession.
