I’ve noticed QC prices rising again, especially near the MRT-7 route. Do you think it’s still a good long-term bet, or is it getting too saturated?

Yeah, QC still solid for long-term. Malaki area, madaming business spots, schools, and hospitals. Prices steady rin, di sobrang taas biglaan. As long as near main roads or MRT line, safe bet pa rin for value growth.
