Yeah still worth it if location maganda and may good developer, pero sobrang siksikan na rin so kung gusto mo peace or long-term growth baka better sa other CBDs like BGC or Ortigas.

Depende bro kung for rental income, okay pa rin kasi steady demand sa Makati, lalo na sa professionals. Pero kung for personal living, medyo hassle na sa traffic at crowd. Pwede mo i-check BGC or Mandaluyong, same convenience pero mas bago yung vibe.
