I’ve been checking out 1BR units around Katipunan and Cubao, and prices seem to vary wildly. Some new developments are asking almost Makati-level rates. Is QC still a good place for investment, or has the boom already peaked?

Prices are climbing but still have room to grow, especially near MRT-7 stations. Quezon City has a ton of schools and offices stable demand pa rin.
