Yup I’ve been looking into properties in Iloilo City recently and so far I’m liking what I see. The city’s growth is legit, especially around business parks and new infrastructure. But, of course still gotta check the usual: location, clean title, right zoning, and how easy access is. Worth considering for sure, if you’re in it for the long-term.
