Most banks will ask for:
A valid passport and visa (resident, work, or SRRV)
Proof of income (payslips, ITR, employment certificate, or business permit)
Proof of address in the Philippines
Property documents from a licensed developer
Some banks also require a Filipino co-borrower to make your application stronger.
