Depends on your HOA. Most are open to it now, especially if panels don’t ruin the look of the roof. Just get approval first and make sure your setup is neat and safe. Some HOAs even encourage it for sustainability points.

Generally installing solar panels is a good thing and not heavily restricted. Just ask your barangay for contacts
