I heard there were tax incentives or rebates for solar installation. Is that true or just marketing talk?

Sadly, not much yet for homeowners — no direct rebates. But under the Renewable Energy Act, some LGUs support net metering, which lets you sell excess power back to the grid. Small win, but still something!
